Explore Career Communities

At Trinity College, we incorporate a Design Thinking approach to life and career exploration.

Are You Exploring Careers?

By implementing Design Thinking you can develop a deeper understanding of your life goals and values, learn strategies to researching majors and careers, and develop the skills you need to implement your ideas.

Design Thinking is a process for solving challenging problems. In our career and life design coaching appointments and programming, we dig into these tough questions to help you develop a flexible plan for your career to meet the future of work. Check out Bill Burnett & Dave Evan’s book on Designing Your Life and review the activities below to get started!

At Trinity, we created our Design your Trinity Guide and Campus Engagement Library to help you ideate strategies to maximize your time here.
