Welcome to the Kelter Career Leadership community at Trinity College!

Open to first-year students, Trinity’s Kelter Career Leadership Program offers undergraduate students with the promise to be extraordinary leaders—on campus, in the community, and beyond—with leadership and personal development opportunities.
Through this exciting program, we hope to inspire students and equip them with the tools that will ultimately help them design their way forward in two main areas:
1) during their time at Trinity and
2) in planning for life after college.
Watch this short video to hear first-hand experiences from current and former Kelter Career Leadership program participants (video produced by Trinity student, Larry Bello-Castillo).

Articles, reading, videos, and case studies will be provided in the meeting before they are due, analyzed, or discussed.
Students will build community as well as develop leadership and design skills, including the following:
- Creative thinking
- Problem solving
- Energy management
- Communication
- Networking
Additionally, in the spring semester of their first year, students will be placed in a 6-week internship with a Hartford-based organization. At the conclusion of the program, students will receive a $1,000 stipend.
The program lead is Maria Dyane, associate director, strategy and student development.
