On-Campus Student Employment
Students
Where to find an on-campus job:
- Log into Handshake with your Trinity credentials
- Navigate to the “Career Center”
- In the menu options at the top of the page, click on “jobs”
- Filter “job type” by “on-campus student employment”
- Search and apply!
Staff & Faculty
Submit your available positions to be posted in Handshake by completing and submitting this form. All student applications will be sent directly to your Trinity email address, via Handshake, and you are able to contact applicants and conduct interviews at your own discretion.

Trinity’s Meaningful Work Program helps students boost their career readiness and sets them up for personal and professional success.
The Career & Life Design Center has developed a Meaningful Work Program to help students leverage their on-campus job experiences to learn leadership skills, reflect on their experiences, and have a stronger understanding of individual strengths, skills, and values.
Working on campus is a great way to connect with the campus community, and an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience while developing career-ready skills. There is value in all work, even if it’s not directly related to the kind of career students will be pursuing.
