International Student Orientation

Join us for International Student Orientation!

Orientation is an important part of an international student’s introduction to life in the United States as well as on Trinity’s campus. Since it is so integral to transitioning successfully, OISS brings international students to campus a couple days prior to new student orientation in order to mitigate the effects of jet lag but also to provide important and useful information that all international students need to know as well as services such as opening bank accounts, getting immunizations not available in one’s home country, and just getting settled in to your space on campus. Orientation is also a great time to get to know the international community around you including current students who serve as mentors and orientation leaders.

For the 2024-2025 Academic Year, all international students will be notified in advance on when they should plan to arrive to campus. We will provide shuttles from JFK on these dates to campus. Please note that these shuttles are only provided for the first arrival to campus.

Please note that International Orientation will come first, then Orientation, and then you must choose an Orientation Plus program to attend.

You can find a sample schedule of last year’s international student orientation here.

The orientation schedule for the 2024-2025 Academic Year will be finalized in the summer and posted in this space.
